It's a story about emotional blackmail in relationships.The term "Beagle eyes" is a metaphor given to the side that behaves inconsiderably, but then when called out on it, uses his cute "puppy like" eyes in order to effectively get his way.

Beagle Eyes was recorded in Brooklyn, and was co-produced by Nimo Kally & Sound Engineer Dan Shatzky (Balkan Beat Box, A-Wa),and it captures the sound the band has shaped in the past years playing concerts in the east coast.
